Shipping Policy

Delivery coverage

We offer delivery across most of Egypt. Delivery availability depends on your address, and service may be limited in some remote areas. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability in your area.

Estimated delivery times

The following estimates start after your order is handed over to the courier and do not include order preparation time:

Cairo and Giza: 3–4 business days.
Alexandria, Delta and Canal governorates: 4–5 business days.
Upper Egypt: 5–7 business days.
Remote areas: timing is confirmed according to the delivery address.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, high order volumes, courier operations or circumstances outside our control may cause delays. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping fees and free delivery

Free delivery is available on orders of EGP 1,000 or more. For orders below EGP 1,000, shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking and receiving your order

Once your order is dispatched, you can use your shipment tracking number to follow its progress. Contact us if you need help obtaining tracking information. Please provide an accurate address and mobile number and remain available for delivery calls or messages.

Delivery issues

If your shipment is delayed, cannot be delivered, or arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact Advanced Nutrition with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging and retain the packaging while we review the issue.
