Directions and pack duration

Omega-3 Fish Oil 2350 mg: Label directions for adults: take two softgel capsules twice daily with food. A two-capsule serving is the basis of the ingredient quantities above; the printed directions specify two servings daily.
Flortariko Probiotic 45 Billion CFU: Adults: take one capsule daily with a glass of water, as stated on the label.
Magnesium Glycinate B6 250 mg: Take one coated tablet daily, or as directed by your physician.
Vitamin D3 + K2 (4,000 IU + 100 mcg): Adults: take one coated tablet daily, or as directed by your physician.

EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil. They contribute to normal heart function, while DHA also supports normal brain function. Vitamin E contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Probiotics are live microorganisms. Their effects depend on the specific organisms, dose and intended use. Flortariko lists three bacterial species and 45 billion CFU per capsule; CFU count alone does not establish a clinical benefit.
