Directions and pack duration

Omega-3 Fish Oil 2350 mg: Label directions for adults: take two softgel capsules twice daily with food. A two-capsule serving is the basis of the ingredient quantities above; the printed directions specify two servings daily.
Vitamin D3 + K2 (4,000 IU + 100 mcg): Adults: take one coated tablet daily, or as directed by your physician.
Magnesium Glycinate B6 250 mg: Take one coated tablet daily, or as directed by your physician.

EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil. They contribute to normal heart function, while DHA also supports normal brain function. Vitamin E contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin D contributes to normal calcium absorption, immune function and bone health. Vitamin K contributes to normal bone maintenance. These nutritional roles do not mean that this supplement prevents calcium deposits or treats cardiovascular disease.
